Returns & Refunds Policy
Eligibility for Returns-
We offer a 28-day no-quibble return policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on e-liquids, disposable vapes, coils, or any opened products.
Proof of Purchase
All returns must be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Without proof of purchase, we are unable to process a refund.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be processed.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the item to be inspected and, once confirmed, offer a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
Return Shipping
The cost of returning non-faulty items is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.
