We aim to make receiving your order as quick and easy as possible. Please read the following information about our delivery process.

SAME DAY DISPATCH

Orders placed before 2:00 PM on working days will be dispatched the same day, we have a cutoff time for online orders so that we have time to not only make sure your order is picked and packed but to also make sure we hit the courier time to send your parcel. Please note We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or courier companies.

NEXT DAY DISPATCH

Orders placed after the 2:00 PM cut‑off will be dispatched on the next working day.

WEEKEND ORDERS

We do not dispatch on Sundays. Orders placed after the cut‑off on Saturdays will be dispatched the following Monday.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once your order is received and processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
